ph635 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the ph635 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ph635 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

2.3 ph635 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where changes are material, ph635 will provide reasonable notice via your registered email address or a notice displayed upon login.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any real-money Services on ph635. This minimum age is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. ph635 will request documentary proof of age during the Verification process.

3.2 Residency. ph635 is licensed to offer services to residents of the Philippines. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so in contravention of local laws. ph635 accepts no liability for use of the Platform in prohibited jurisdictions.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. You must not be under any legal disability, court order, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits your participation in gambling activities.

3.4 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ph635 and its affiliated entities, and employees of PAGCOR, are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in any promotion.

4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active ph635 Account. Duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice, and any Balance associated with the duplicate Account — including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at ph635's discretion.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, current Philippine address, and contact details. ph635 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your Account with any other person. ph635 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ph635 support immediately if you believe your Account has been compromised.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal, and as may be required at other times at ph635's discretion, ph635 will conduct identity verification. Acceptable identification documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

4.5 Verification Delays. ph635 may temporarily restrict withdrawals pending completion of the Verification process. ph635 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Member's failure to complete Verification in a timely manner.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph635 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Minimum Amounts. The minimum deposit on ph635 is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may be set by ph635 and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bets on ph635 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). ph635 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.4 Verification of Payment Methods. ph635 may require Members to verify ownership of payment methods used for deposits. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the Member's verified name. ph635 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day during banking hours. ph635 is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.

5.6 Fees. ph635 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party transaction fees charged by payment providers are outside ph635's control and are the Member's responsibility.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. ph635 operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements. ph635 may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to cooperate may result in Account suspension and mandatory reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

6.1 Bets Are Final. Once confirmed by ph635's systems, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member unless a specific cash-out feature is available and expressly offered for that bet. Technical errors that cause a bet to be confirmed do not entitle the Member to cancel the bet after the event outcome is known.

6.2 Certified RNGs. All non-live casino games on ph635 use Random Number Generators that are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Certified RTP percentages are published within each game and are accessible before play commences.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, and dice in certified studio environments. Game footage is streamed in real time and ph635 does not manipulate live dealer outcomes.

6.4 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the ph635 Sports Betting Rules, available on the Platform. Results are sourced from official governing body records and reputable sports data providers. In the event of a discrepancy, ph635's internal records shall prevail pending investigation.

6.5 Sabong. Online sabong on ph635 is conducted through live streams from PAGCOR-licensed Philippine sabong arenas. Match results are determined by the arena referee and are final. ph635 does not influence match outcomes.

6.6 Void Bets. ph635 reserves the right to declare bets void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical failures that materially affect gameplay, incorrect odds published due to manifest error, or events cancelled or suspended before the relevant betting period closes.

7.1 Promotion-Specific Terms. Each ph635 promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made available. Those specific terms, including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet per round, and expiry date, are binding and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, only bets placed with Bonus Funds contribute to wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Wagering patterns designed to cancel risk rather than fulfil the spirit of the wagering requirement (e.g., simultaneously betting opposing outcomes)
• Use of Bonus Funds for game types expressly excluded from the promotion
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

7.4 Discretion to Amend or Withdraw. ph635 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the original terms unless they elect to forfeit the bonus.

7.5 Non-Transferability. Bonuses and Promotional credits are awarded to individual Members and are not transferable between Accounts or to any third party.

8.1 Members must use the ph635 Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of manual human play
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market
• Exploitation of software bugs, platform errors, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or Account suspension
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment activity of any nature
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing any third party to operate your Account
• Any activity that ph635 determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes fraud, money laundering, or a threat to the integrity of the Platform

9.1 ph635 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. ph635 does not encourage gambling as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

9.2 Player Tools. All ph635 Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. A Member who self-excludes must not attempt to create a new Account or access the Platform during the exclusion period. Any Account created in violation of a self-exclusion arrangement will be immediately closed. ph635 takes all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that a determined individual will not circumvent controls.

9.4 Minor Protection. Members must not allow persons under 21 years of age to access their Account. If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for logging out of your Account and maintaining credential security.

10.1 ph635 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA").

10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to ph635 processing your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and, where consented, marketing communications.

10.3 ph635 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement, and authorized third-party processors as required by law or for the provision of Services. Full details are set out in the ph635 Privacy Policy.

11.1 All content on the ph635 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface designs, and database contents — is owned by or licensed to ph635 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without ph635's prior written consent.

11.3 The "ph635" name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of ph635. Unauthorized use of ph635 trademarks is prohibited.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph635's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

12.2 ph635 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from use of the Platform.

12.3 ph635 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities. ph635 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

12.4 ph635 is not responsible for the quality or reliability of internet connections, mobile networks, or devices used by Members to access the Platform. Game and bet disruptions caused by Member-side connectivity failures do not entitle a Member to void a bet or claim compensation.

13.1 A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting ph635 support. Upon Account closure requested by the Member, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding Verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

13.2 ph635 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms or any associated policy
• Discovery of ineligibility (including age or residency requirements)
• Failure to complete Verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• A valid self-exclusion request from the Member
• A direction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority

13.3 Where an Account is closed by ph635 due to a Member's breach, ph635 reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

14.1 These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

14.2 Any dispute arising from the use of the ph635 Platform, including disputes relating to game outcomes, account transactions, or bonus settlements, must be submitted to ph635 support in writing within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ph635 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a formal response within 10 business days.

14.3 If a dispute is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction following the internal process, the Member may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint resolution procedures.

14.4 The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes not resolved through the process above.

15.1 ph635 may amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, ph635 will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days via email to registered Members.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

15.3 The version of the Terms in effect at the time of a transaction or dispute shall govern that transaction or dispute, regardless of subsequent amendments.
